SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at ABVI / ABHIVRIDHI. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship domestically across India and offer international shipping to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), Canada, and other select countries.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery timelines (with safely adjusted buffers):

• Domestic Shipping (Within India): 5–7 business days
• Shipping to UAE (Dubai & Emirates): 8–12 business days
• Shipping to USA & Canada: 12–18 business days
• Shipping to UK & Europe: 10–15 business days
• Rest of the World: 15–22 business days

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Transit times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the package weight and destination country.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, ABVI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

7. Shipment Damage & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
